I called and explained the situation, and 3 hours later David was at my house. He explained the repair and gave me a fair price. From the moment I talked with that sweet Lady on the phone to Zack and his amazing co-worker driving through a winding gravel road, to backing that big truck up my steep driveway, ( their truck looked brand new, and the pipes they used were so very clean) . I was so impressed with their careful extraction of the cover as to not mess up my yard was such a relief. If you are not sure who to trust with doing a good, and honest job, trust me,.....I will always use this company with both my homes. Zack called me before he arrived so I would be ready. If they tell you they will be there at a certain time.....THEY WILL! The work was done on 4/18/24 and today is 5/7/24, you can hardly see where they dug the cover up now.
